portrait photography

My career as a portrait photographer began in 2017 with a series dedicated to creating intimate representation of queer, trans, and non-binary people of color in Boston. I offered sliding scale rates and didn't turn anyone away for lack of funds so that the focus could be on connection over transaction. What began as a three month project turned into three years of documentation. This work has helped me realize the power of portrait photography to create space for self- love, self- care, and self- affirmation. I believe this type of care should be accessible to everyone. All of my rates remain sliding scale (or Pay What You Can) for those who identify as BIPOC and LGBTQ+. Do not hesitate to name these offers when reaching out. The work continues.
